Kuwait Pictures – صور الكويت

I was taking some sunset shots and HDR shots today. Most of that of course was done on my tripod. Before I left and after I put most of the gear back in my car. I saw the sky like this, I didn’t want to bother setting up the tripod again so I took some quick shots hand held. I like how the clouds look brush painted on the sky here. The colors were amazing and this was only slightly edited in Lightroom.

This ship has been discarded in Kuwait Bay for many years, as evident by the amount of rust and decay that can be seen on it. I currently don’t have any more background information on exactly how, when or why it was left like this, but I was satisfied enough to use as a background subject for the Corvette.

This photo has color theme which is obvious, Blue Car, Blue Sea, Blue Sky.
Another Double HDR of course, I was hesitant more so with this shot, couldn’t really get the clouds to pop since they were so far away and the sun was to my back which didn’t help with overblown highlights which are more evident on the ship.
