The Blue Rider
3 03 2008This was the first time for me to take high speed action shots like this, so naturally most of my shots came out blurry, good timing doesn’t always equal good focus and sharpness. I used a 1/1000sec shutter speed for most of the action that day, because using faster speeds gave me some darker shots, I guess since I’m new to this I don’t really have much to complain about, it was still a fun day and I learned a lot.
This shot is dedicated to Abdullah Alfoudri and Ammar Al-othman who were my first inspirations for getting into DSLR photography. And everyone else in the KVWC photo team who were there (Sorry guys I can’t remember everyone’s name)….being dusted by the bikes as they came from the turns, I know everyone had to clean up their gear once back home.
