Dubai Pearl is a mixed-use development being built over an area of 929 000 sqm. It will contain residential, hotel, theater, retail and office developments linked together and built on a circular 4-storey podium of approximately 500 meter diameter. The project will cost AED 4.77 billion (US$ 1.3 billion).
